How many guests can the holiday home accommodate? The house features four spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Perfect for family gatherings or multi-family groups seeking a seaside retreat.
Can guests access the beach easily from the holiday home? Absolutely! A zigzag path, located directly across the road from the house, provides quick and convenient access to Southbourne Beach, ensuring guests waste no time reaching the shores.
Is the house suitable for families? Yes, indeed! Our recently renovated holiday home has been thoughtfully designed with family groups in mind. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate hen/stag parties.
What amenities are provided? Our holiday home boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, a landscaped, enclosed garden and stunning sea views from the two front upstairs bedrooms and balcony. Additionally, guests can enjoy essential amenities such as a complimentary washer and dryer, towels, bed sheets, toiletries, and more.
Are child-friendly amenities available at the house? Absolutely! We provide a travel cot, high chairs, and children's tableware to ensure a comfortable stay for families with young children.
Is parking available at the house? Yes, complimentary parking for up to four cars is provided on the premises for the convenience of our guests. Further free on street parking is available in the neighbouring roads.
Can guests check in independently at the house? Yes. We offer self-check-in through a lockbox, allowing guests the flexibility to arrive at their convenience.
